Hire rates for private trips
These rates are for private trips. Gear hire for club trips incurs different rates.
Please note there are some restrictions on private gear hire:
Club trips get priority
No rope hire
No EPIRB hire
All hire will incur a deposit (which is given below) regardless of whether or not it is for use on a club or private trip.

The hire rate and deposit are determined by adding the cost of the individual items, with a cap of $50 being applied for weekly private hire fees, and a cap of $100 for deposits.
Rates are negotiable with the gear store officers for hires longer than a week.
