To compliment the annual Big Days Out Snow trip, an Intermediate to Advanced skiers trip will be run to fill the need for instruction beyond beginners skills and extend abilities. There will be some instruction, however the emphasis will be on touring and carousing with everyone on Saturday evening.

This is a proposal. Contact me so that we can discuss other ideas if you wish - I am flexible. I am rather fixed though on getting distance and quality ski days rather than pottering around. Naturally the trips will depend on the weather and snow conditions.

Saturday: a longish day, say Perisher to Mt Kosciuszko and return. I could be easily persuaded to go Perisher to Thredbo for a cappuccino instead. In the evening we could 1) either go night alpine skiing for training at Perisher Blue (ouch $26) or get to the campsite early. Note that we will be starting from Perisher at 08:00hrs. No sleep in. Light weight skis - NNN-BC bindings or lighter. Terrain will be gentle rolling easy going.

Sunday: after a bit of a Sunday sleep in we will tour to Mt Dicky Cooper and return via the Rolling Grounds. Equipment needed will be NNN-BC. The terrain will be rolling with some hills, including the standard uphill up from Munyang.
