The Australian National University Mountaineering Club (ANUMC) is Canberra's largest and most active outdoor club. Trips are run almost every weekend in a multitude of different activities and across all skill levels. Whatever your outdoor passion is, we probably cater for you.
If you are interested in seeing what's going on, where all the action is and going on trips, please click on the Trip Calendar. Keep scrolling down this page to see any important news updates for the club.
The club comprises people from almost every walk of life, not just ANU students. If you are interested in joining the club, please click on the link on the left.
The club is run by dedicated and committed group of volunteers. We are always looking for enthusiastic people to come and join the team. If you are interested in getting more involved, please use the contact form to contact the President.
Finally, trips are the heart and soul of the ANUMC. We are always looking for more trips leaders. Any one can lead a trip, even you! If you are interested in leading a trip, click on the trip calendar and follow the links. Alternatively contact the relevant activity officer. They can give you all the advice and support you need to become a regular and successful trip leader.
