Trade your gear for other equipment, cash, or services in kind (say, navigational advice, skiing tips or bike maintenance lessons). Alternatively, donate your unwanted gear to auction with the proceeds going to the club.

Please label anything you bring with your name to ensure it doesn't get mixed up with other people's, and so potential buyers can easily find the item's owner.
