Once a year, the club needs to check through the gear it owns and update the inventory to keep the SRA audit team happy.

Hey, it's not as bad as it sounds! You get to hang out with a great bunch of people as well as check out all the cool toys the club owns. It's also a good chance to do some maintenance on the gear such as waxing and tuning the skis.

Plus, to further ease the pain, the club will put on free pizza and soft drinks for those helping out.
