Trip calendar
This is where all the action is. The trip calendar system allows you to view all the trips that are currently planned. You can choose to sign up for a trip or even submit a trip of your own. If you need it, there is help for using the system.
Please consider that while this online system makes it very easy for you to sign up for trips, it does not in anyway reduce the commitment you have made in doing so. By signing up you are stating to the trip leader that you definitely intend to go on the trip. If, due to an unavoidable change in circumstance, you are unable to go on the trip, then please notify the trip leader via phone or email that this is the case. It is not acceptable to simply not turn up to the pretrip or, even more unforgivably, the actual trip. It is enough work for trip leaders to organise trips without having people stop out at the last minute.
